Apex Painting is a two-person, owner-operated shop, and our commercial work is scoped to match that honestly. We are a strong fit for offices, retail and salon suites, short-term rental portfolios, churches and community buildings, and common areas — projects one careful crew can start and finish without disappearing halfway through. We work around your hours rather than closing you down, and we leave the space usable at the end of each day.

What “commercial” honestly means for a shop this size
We are not a twenty-painter outfit and we will not pretend to be one. What that buys you is that the owner is on site doing the work and the standard does not drop between the first room and the last. What it costs you is capacity: if your project needs multiple crews running at once, or has to be finished inside a few days across a large building, we are the wrong call and we will tell you at the walkthrough rather than after you have signed. Ask us about the size of your job early and you will get a straight answer.
Common questions
Can you work evenings or weekends so we stay open?
Yes, and for most commercial interiors that is the sensible way to do it. Evening and weekend work needs planning in advance rather than being arranged the week of, because it has to fit around the residential jobs already booked. Tell us your operating hours at the walkthrough and we will build the schedule around them.
How large a commercial project can you actually take?
Comfortably: a suite, a floor, a building's common areas, or a run of rental units on a rolling schedule. Not comfortably: anything that needs several crews working simultaneously, or a large multi-building site on a compressed deadline. We would rather turn down work that does not fit than take it and stretch the timeline past what you were told.
Do you work with property managers on repeat schedules?
Yes. Rental turnovers and common-area refreshes on a recurring schedule suit how we work, because the spec is consistent and the dates can be planned well ahead. One point of contact throughout, and the same two people doing the work each time.
